How You Will Make an Impact:
This position carries a caseload of PHP/IOP patients. A program therapist will run group therapy for hours per week and meet individually with clients on their caseload. Individual meetings with patients will take place for various reasons, including; treatment planning, aftercare planning, and crisis intervention. This is a full-time salaried position, Monday – Friday.

Qualifications
Education: a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent is required.
Experience: Preferred: 1+ years in behavioral health. Experience in group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
Licensure: Clinical licensure (i.e. LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is not required, but a Master’s Degree (as described above) is
Additional Requirements: CPR certification, Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
