A company is looking for a Student Lending Customer Advisor II for the 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and provide guidance and solutions to prospects and customers with basic lending needs
Maintain ongoing communication with customers and evaluate documentation for loan applications
Participate in training aimed at advancement and meet established scorecard metrics and volume goals
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of proven success in growing customer products per household and overall banking relationship
3-5 years of proven customer service excellence and efficient problem resolution
Experience working in a call center environment
Proficient PC skills, including MS Office experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
