Role Description

Patent Agent or associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution in electrical, computer or mechanical arts. A degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering is required. Candidates should have passed the patent bar or be eligible and should have excellent academic background with law firm experience preferred.

Qualifications : USPTO registration.

2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.

Excellent writing and oral communications skills.

A degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or computer science.
