Project Leader

Position Summary :
We're seeking a dynamic Project Leader to join our Program Management team in the Life Science segment. In this role, you'll drive multiple projects within our Cell Culture Customized / Service Business Segment, interfacing between our internal technical team and our prestigious customers, including world-leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and academic / hospital clinical centers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead diverse and global projects from initiation to successful completion
- Facilitate and guide internal and customer-facing project team meetings across cultures and geographies.
- Develop accountability within the team to ensure timely task completion
- Handle and communicate project scope, schedule, resources, and finances to key interested parties
- Implement effective risk management and issue resolution strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain crucial project documentation
- Spearhead external collaboration initiatives
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders and leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Apply project management tools (e.g., MS Project) to maintain accurate project schedules and resource allocation
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., bioproduction, biochemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, biology, or chemistry)3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in product developmentPMP or equivalent certification is beneficialProficiency and knowledge of continuous improvement principles such as PPI 8-Step Problem Solving Process or equivalent is beneficialStrong organizational and planning abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and meeting facilitation skillsDemonstrated ability to navigate and resolve conflicts in a team environmentOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPointExperience leading teams in a design control and change management environment is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesWhat We Offer :

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $83,300.00$125,000.00.
