Key Responsibilities

Directs and develops sales managers and supervisors to maximize sales revenues

Monitors sales performance and prepares reports and forecasts

Establishes effective business relationships to enhance sales organization effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience

Over 10 years of relevant work experience

Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Excellent knowledge of products / services and sales strategies

Experience in managing sales channels within budgeted targets
