Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Your Role :

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during shifts.
• Float between various departments, adapting to diverse workflows effectively.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, which includes 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays per 6-week schedule.

Training and Support :

• Receive training in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), IV Ultrasound.
• Opportunity to cross-train as Charge Nurse to develop leadership skills.
