A company is looking for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative (ZA) to provide exceptional customer support in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and timely customer support in French and English across email, chat, and voice channels
Resolve moderate to complex customer concerns, including account issues and product inquiries
Document interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM and ticketing systems
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a BPO, SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-enabled environment
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Experience using CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)
Previous experience in a healthcare or healthcare-related support environment
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
