- Believe people matter Are a great listener and communicator Are curious but never judgmental Are very organized and can multitask A problem solver Job description (including, but not limited to) : Manage our clearout and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management Client management through the move and cleanout process Provide quality control and training of team members Ability to drive up to 26’ box truck Moving supplies / moving boxes within the client's home Lifting of boxes / decor and furniture within the home and to new location Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold Safely pack and unpack goods Delivery or disposal of unwanted items And more, no 2 days are alike!
