A company is looking for an Instructional System Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and create training products

Develops instructional strategies and materials for various delivery methods, ensuring compliance with guidelines

Researches data sources and assists in the design of technology-based learning solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field

Minimum of two years of related experience or a combination of education and experience

Experience with eLearning design and development, including adult learning theory

Familiarity with ADDIE model for course design and development

Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and other instructional design tools
