The Frank Gallovich Agency is one of the Top 10% of all Farmers Insurance Agencies nationwide and we want to grow even more! We are now accepting resumes for Sales agents to join our team in Plano, Texas.

This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits

Our newest Sales Agents earn around $60,000 per year on average based on salary + bonus + commissions. These financial achievements are a result of our formula for success :

• Prepare insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

NO INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position. We can guide you on how to get it.

The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

You MUST have the drive to win and be able to follow our proven system of success.
