We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer for our client in the Manufacturing Technologies domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. Duration : Full-time

Location : Burlington, MA (Onsite)

Salary : $105,000 / Annually

Role : Field Service Engineer

Primary Skills : Engineering

Role Description : The Field Service Engineer must have 4+ years of experience.

Expectations :

• Willing to travel regionally and occasionally throughout North America.
• Provide troubleshooting support over the phone for customers and third party service providers.
• Maintain meticulous records of field service issues and enter them into the service database.
• Provide after-hours technical support via company cell phone, on a rotating basis, to the global customer base.
• Administer the RMA process and report to customers on status
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation library.
• Actively provide design input and customer feedback to the quality, manufacturing and design teams.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Experience : Minimum 4+ years of experience

Relocation : This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel : No

Local Preferred : Yes

Note : Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
