Details :

Flexible schedule

Should be available to 2 to 3 times a week

Locations : Anthem, Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley

Qualifications :

Minimum of 6 months professional experience working with seniors. (Examples : In-home care, Independent / Assisted living / Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)

Current CPR

TB Test

MUST HAVE a reliable transportation and Active driver's licnese

Smartphone with Mobile Data Capability (Wi-Fi-only devices are not accepted)
