Proficient in PeopleTools 8.60 / 8.61 Advanced SQL skills for payroll data validation and troubleshooting Experience with batch processing and payroll reporting Familiarity with PeopleSoft Security and data privacy standards Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions
PeopleSoft HCM Techno functional consultant
Work site : Kansas City, Kansas (Onsite)
We are seeking a Techno-Functional PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with deep expertise in Payroll modules to support testing, enhancements, and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both technical development and functional configuration of PeopleSoft Payroll and will play a key role in validating payroll processes, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance.
Experience
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience with a strong focus on Payroll.
- Proven expertise in Payroll functional areas : pay calculation, retro pay, tax updates, garnishments, year-end processing, and compliance.
- Experience in Payroll testing, including validation of pay results, reconciliation, and audit support.
- Involvement in PeopleSoft Upgrade and enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of Payroll rules, configuration, and integrations
