Accounting Supervisor

A company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor (Flex Location).

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial statement preparation and perform in-depth analysis of financial data

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff while assisting with audits and tax reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

5-7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP

Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel

Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and variances
