With offices in West Chester and Coatesville, PA, SSH Facilities has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role involves completing work orders, project work, and other required tasks within stated time frames. Handyperson, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general construction skills, as well as experience with on-demand maintenance requests, are necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

• Successfully complete work order driven repairs within stated time frames
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and life safety checks on commercial buildings
• Estimate repairs for quotes when necessary
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors, as necessary
• Work as a team on large-scale projects
• Must be available to respond to emergencies during regular on-call rotation
• Complete all work orders and documentation, and notes accurately and promptly
• Communicate clearly and regularly with dispatch and office staff
