Press Brake Operator

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading custom equipment manufacturer in Durham, NC who is looking for a Press Brake Operator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 6 : 30am-5pm Monday-Thursday. Responsibilities : Operate and set up Press Brake equipment according to specifications and drawings. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery. Ensure quality control and accuracy in all production processes. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements : Minimum of 8 years of experience operating and setting up Press Brake equipment. Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Previous background fabricating custom parts and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
