A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Specialist to support impactful change solutions across its global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support integration of new offices through change readiness activities, including user training and communication plans
Assess the impact of organizational initiatives and execute change management strategies
Coordinate user training and maintain schedules, timelines, and status reports for project completion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in change management and user adoption for technology changes
2 years of experience with integrated ERP toolsets (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of Business Process documentation and mapping concepts
