Were seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects. This role combines hands-on technical involvement with leadership responsibilities including mentoring junior staff and coordinating across teams clients and subconsultants.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily execution of treatment plant projects ensuring quality budget and schedules are met.

Coordinate with internal teams subconsultants and clients serving as the primary point of contact.

Review technical designs for accuracy consistency and constructability.

Support regulatory approvals and permitting processes.

Identify and mitigate project risks early.

Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers.

Contribute to proposals project scoping and client development efforts.

Requirements :

Bachelors or Masters in Engineering (focus on treatment).

PE license (TX) required.

8 years in water / wastewater treatment design with project management experience.

Strong knowledge of industry standards local regulations and treatment technologies.

Highly organized collaborative and eager to mentor and lead.
