Field Support Analyst

Job Requirements :

Hands-on experience with the software product Gotham. You will be responsible for training and guiding users in its application and functionality. There are some variations of the requirements / Desired typically regarding Gotham Gaia and Foundry requirements. Seek the Active Positions tab for alignment per role.

Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)

Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues

mandate : 1-6 years of Gotham and Maven / Gaia / Foundry

Strong understanding of DoD Intelligence or Law Enforcement missions

TS / SCI Required

Salary Target 90-100k (Some positions offer up to 110k but 100k is highly preferred and 110k candidates are heavily scrutinized.

All OCONUS positions rate 30k COLA stipend

Desired Qualifications :

Real world experience supporting intelligence or operations

Familiarity with Gaia or Foundry

Experience training other intelligence or operations software

Excellent communication skills

Travel independently both CONUS and OCONUS as required

Technical knowledge including working familiarity with languages such as Python Java or HTML.
