Job Title : Technical Lead AWS Backend Developer

Dallas TX Based Only (Attend the office 3 days / week)

We can consider Lead backend Developer with NodeJS and AWS experience , even if they dont have experience with Amazon Connect. Well provide training on Amazon Connect as needed.

Role Summary :

As a Technical Lead Amazon Connect Developer or Amazon Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and its ecosystem. Youll serve as a technical owner for voice architecture, IVR / contact flows, CTI integrations, and analytics, often collaborating with cross-functional teams including CRM, data, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design

• Own the technical roadmap for Amazon Connect implementations.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient contact center solutions.
• Lead migration from legacy platforms (e.g., Genesys, LivePerson) to Amazon Connect.
• Lead a scrum team of junior and senior developers
