Nurse will float between two units. Urgent Care & Facility Based Crisis.

Minimum 3 years experience required. FIRST TIME TRAVELERS OK!

Anxiety Disorders, Assault and or Violence, Behavior Mgmt techniques, Bipolar Disorders, Cogenital and or Developmental Disorders, Crisis Intervention, Depressive Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Self-injurious behavior, Substance abuse, Suicidal behavior, Trauma and Stressor related disorders

The Urgent Care setting is for patients who could be walk-in's or transported due to IVC status. The urgent care setting is meant for a short-stay and walk-in volumes can be up to 25 per day. This is a faster paced environment. The Facility-Based Crisis (FBC) Unit serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization for individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders.
