Collection Subrogation Specialist

A company is looking for a Subrogation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect outstanding balances and provide necessary documentation

Negotiate claims' resolutions with insurance carriers and responsible parties

Maintain account work standards and escalate high-risk accounts as needed

Required Qualifications :

1 year of experience in 3rd party collections and / or subrogation

Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry

Dependability and customer service experience are required

Critical thinking skills and goal-oriented mindset
