Position Overview :   We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Family Law Litigation Attorney with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of VA family law and a proven track record of handling complex litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team of legal professionals while managing your own caseload and contributing to the growth of the firm.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active VA State Bar membership.
• 6-10 years of experience in family law litigation (experience handling high-conflict or complex cases is a plus).
• Strong understanding of California family law statutes, rules, and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, client-focused approach to legal practice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
