We’re seeking a Transportation Litigation Associate with 3–8 years of experience to join our Pittsburgh, PA and Canonsburg PA  office. This is a full-time, in-office role designed for a driven attorney looking for long-term growth within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

MUST HAVE : Active Pennsylvania Law License

About Our Transportation Practice Group :

We assist transportation and logistics companies with the full range of business challenges and evolving legal issues surrounding the movement of people, products, and goods.

Our multi-disciplinary team represents and defends transportation clients—including trucking and logistics companies, warehouses, and related industries —in complex litigation, regulatory matters, and compliance challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in transportation and commercial vehicle litigation
• Handle all phases of litigation : discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial prep
• Draft legal documents and provide strategic case assessments
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and liability exposure
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile cases
