Receiving Coordinator

Conducts daily activities related to receiving materials into the warehouse, and ensuring safe and accurate storage for inventory retrieval.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Receives all incoming deliveries into the warehouse and monitors the unloading process
• Directs material handlers in inventory placement
• Confirms that packing lists or other related documents match the receipts of goods and materials; verifies counts, records discrepancies and details any damaged incoming freight with corresponding report and pictures
• Submits completed paperwork to the Receiving Clerk for entry into the ERP system
• Evaluates complaints related to shipments and takes appropriate action
• Completes management reports, as needed
• Assists in other work areas, as needed, during absences / shortages of staff

$14.00-$16.00 / hr DOE
