Firm Administrator Position
Partnering with a growing legal services firm in Denver, CO seeking a Firm Administrator. The Firm Administrator will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of finance / accounting operations. Day to day responsibilities include financial reporting / analysis, month-end close duties, annual budgeting, revenue cycle management, banking management, general ledger accounting, trust accounting, and more.

Requirements The ideal Firm Administrator comes with a Bachelor's Degree, experience with Practice Master / TABS3 time and billing software, trust accounting experience- specifically COLTAF and 3-way reconciliations, and Excel skills- vlookups and pivot tables.
