Accounting Manager - Direct Hire Opportunity

Location : Wellington, FL (Primarily in office; minimal travel to other locations)

Employment Type : Full time, Direct Hire

Compensation : $90k-$95k

About the Role

Oversee accounting operations for a multi-location equipment dealership , managing financials for 19 locations and consolidating reports. You'll lead core accounting functions, strengthen controls, and partner closely with operations leadership to deliver accurate, timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Accounting teams ( six direct reports ).
• Compile and analyze monthly financial statements ; manage month end close and perform financial analysis .
• Ensure adaptability to in-house and dealership-specific software (currently CDK ).
• Foster a collaborative environment support and guide team members and improve processes without imposing abrupt changes .
• Maintain strong internal controls, compliance, and accurate consolidations across 19 locations.

Pay Details : $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
