[job_card.job_description]Medication administration per physician orders Physician ordered treatments for : Tracheostomy care Suctioningnasal, oral and / or endotracheal Ventilation care Seizure assessment and treatment Current, active Texas LVN license Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online) G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train Fluency in Spanish preferred Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and / or Guardians of a Care Options for Kids clients or a potential Care Options for Kids clients are not eligible to receive a bonus. There's no revolving door of patients or hospital setting chaos blinking call lights, scurrying doctors, and wards bursting at the seams. You work with self-sufficient autonomy, empowered to make a real difference in your clients' lives. We value your clinical knowledge and respect the deep one-on-one bond you establish with the families you care for.
Patient details : Low Acuity 2 year old girl, G-B, O2 dependent, developmentally delayed but thriving, active and loves to play with her toys, likes interactions, attends school, looking to find a supportive team.
Case Eligible for Bonus.
Compensation : $22 / hr - $29 / hr (depending on experience)
