A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage expertise in instructional design and AI to create accessible and inclusive learning experiences

Prototype and test new learning solutions using agile methods and integrate AI tools for enhanced efficiency

Mentor peers in instructional design practices and conduct market research to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

B.S. / B.A. or higher in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field

7+ years of experience in designing various learning products across multiple delivery mediums

Experience in applying instructional design theories to create engaging learning solutions

Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and maintaining awareness of emerging technologies

Experience in leading and collaborating with project teams and subject matter experts
