Responsibilities

  • Present and explain various life and health insurance products clearly and persuasively.
  • Develop personalized insurance solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.
  • Guide clients through the application and underwriting process.
  • Provide exceptional ongoing service to existing clients, fostering loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive collective success.

Requirements

  • Valid Ohio Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Proven success in a sales role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine desire to help others and build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Comfort using technology for client interactions and administrative tasks.
