Application Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Support Specialist to join their remote team and assist users with a cloud-based ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to end-user queries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and effective support

Investigate and diagnose technical issues within the ERP platform, identifying root causes and offering sustainable solutions

Deliver product walkthroughs and informal training to users, improving adoption and usage efficiency

Required Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent experience)

Previous experience supporting enterprise software, ideally within ERP or SaaS ecosystems

Strong analytical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently

Comfortable managing multiple requests at once

A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative
