Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels
Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant recruitment or HR experience
Knowledge of employment laws such as EEO, ADA, and FMLA
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively
