What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Corporate Accounting with all accounting processes for our corporate office. This position will assist with corporate Accounts Payable, AMEX expense coding, and other duties.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Minimum of three to five or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance,
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Must possess a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks required
• Must have experience in Accounts Payable, Expense reporting
• Experience with Ottimate, Excel, Sage, Concur are preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
