The County of Orange is seeking a Capital Projects Manager Airport Project Programming for John Wayne Airport to oversee the planning and delivery of its multi-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), a $700 million investment in the Airports future. Reporting to the Planning and Development Deputy Airport Director, this leader will guide a team of project managers responsible for advancing infrastructure initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability across the airport campus.
The Capital Projects Manager Airport Project Programming will direct the development, programming, and execution of projects that strengthen JWAs airside, landside, terminal, and utility systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic oversight, and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines to deliver high-value projects that align with organizational priorities and FAA requirements.
