Job SummaryThe Broadloom Sales Manager plays a key leadership role in driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships within the textile and carpet industry. This position requires extensive domestic travel to support the sales team, meet with customers, promote products, and identify new business opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve sales strategies, enhance customer experience, and introduce innovative merchandising programs aligned with current design trends.
In simple terms: You'll lead a team that sells carpet products, travel frequently to visit clients, and help create smarter, more effective ways to market and present products.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the sales force to strengthen customer relationships through onsite visits and ongoing support
- Analyze sales performance and recommend process improvements
- Support the development of merchandising programs and new product concepts
- Work with marketing and advertising teams to elevate brand visibility
- Identify design trends and integrate them into sales and product strategies
- Suggest and implement enhancements within Salesforce to improve workflow and reporting
Must-Have Requirements- Proven experience in the broadloom, textiles, or related industry
- Strong background in customer service and client-facing communication
- Ability to implement Salesforce improvements and optimize usage
- Knowledge of current design and market trends
- Experience with product development principles and processes

- Ambitious, proactive, and committed work ethic
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and advertising teams
