ComResource is looking for a JD Edwards – IT Business Application Analyst.
We need someone to assist in leading the analysis, design, implementation, and support of JD Edwards business applications across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing modules and a strong ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Design, configure, and implement JDE applications that align with business goals
- Partner with IT developers, system architects, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance
- Provide ongoing support for JDE applications, including troubleshooting, updates, and documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Train end-users and ensure smooth adoption of new processes or applications
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within business processes
- Stay current with JDE and ERP industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
