Process Owner Manager

A company is looking for a Process Owner Manager to support its Research & Data organization.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage process scope, objectives, and performance metrics

Design and document end-to-end process workflows and monitor performance using KPIs

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and standards

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in process improvement or a bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

Certification in or practical experience with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)

In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Familiarity with project management approaches and tools

Proficiency in process documentation tools such as Visio
