Description
We are looking for a reliable and innovative Lead DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud computing and scripting and a thorough understanding of CI / CD principles.
The ideal candidate consistently sets and achieves goals, demonstrates high levels of accountability, and possesses a strong spirit of cross-functional collaboration. In this leadership role, you will shape the future of our DevOps practices, promote a culture of collaboration, and implement innovative solutions to optimize our software development lifecycle.
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will drive team in improving our operations environment to ensure optimal performance, including CI / CD, logging, monitoring, and cloud computing. In addition, you would apply innovative problem-solving to automate workflows and maximize the operational efficiency of our software engineering team.

Responsibilities
- Setting up collaborations with the software development team to ensure software and systems interoperability
- Developing team of talented DevOps engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they have the resources to excel
- Designing and implementing reliable cloud solutions along with service-oriented architectures
- Implementing industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management
- Developing and enhancing CI / CD processes for applications and infrastructure with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or an equivalent
- Developing and maintaining logging, monitoring and alerting solutions to track system health and security
- Ensuring systems' availability, performance, scalability, and security are up to standard
