Trident Consulting is seeking a "Warehouse Operator 1" for one of our clients. A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Title – Warehouse Operator 1 (2nd Shift)

Location : Lenexa, KS-66215

Shift :

2nd Shift (Nights) – 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM

  • Week 1 : 3 nights
  • Week 2 : 4 nights
  • Rotating schedule (work every night within the 2-week cycle)

Pay : $20 / hr 10% Night Shift Differential

Interview Type : Onsite

Positions : 2

Must Pass : MVR check

PPE : Steel-toe boots & safety glasses provided

Role Overview

The Operator Warehouse 1 is responsible for full-cycle warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, cycle counting , and general housekeeping. This role supports both internal and external customers while maintaining compliance with ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, and IATA standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, retrieve, and ship raw materials and finished goods
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory
  • Operate or learn to operate a forklift (certification required)
  • Maintain daily warehouse housekeeping and equipment
  • Follow safety standards and use required PPE
  • Support special tasks assigned by the Lead or Logistics Manager

    • Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and 50 lbs up to 60 times per shift
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities
  • Able to pass MVR screening

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working 2nd shift
  • 2+ years warehouse or material handling experience

    • Work Environment / Conditions

  • Industrial warehouse environment
  • Exposure to chemicals requiring PPE
  • Forklift operation involved
  • No exposure to blood-borne pathogens or biological hazards
