Are you passionate about providing excellent patient care and customer service? Join our team as a Health Care Service Coordinator!

  • Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate comprehensive care for each patient, from initial evaluation to discharge.
  • Manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Utilize electronic scheduling systems for appointment management.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized patient records.
  • Verify patients' personal and financial information with attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update patient charts and electronic medical records.
  • Handle patient payments by collecting, posting, and depositing as required.
  • Assist with faxing, filing, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

Patient Care Coordinator Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Energetic team player with a commitment to excellent service.
  • Previous experience in a medical receptionist or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
