Synergy Companies is a full service Energy management contractor specializing in residential small commercial energy upgrade products and services. Synergy companies are looking for a new Telemarketer to join our San Leandro team. As a member of our Sales team, you'll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients over the phone, generating leads, and driving sales with your charisma, confidence, and ability to articulate value. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy relationships building, and are passionate about delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.

Hourly plus commission.

What you'll be doing:

• Engage with prospects over the phone in a friendly, confident, and professional manner to present our programs and services
• Generate leads by creating interest, qualifying prospects, and identifying customer needs
• Use your sales skills to build trust, overcome objections, and close deals effectively
• Track and maintain records of calls, conversations, and sales through reporting tools
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent communication, meet targets, and share best practices
• Hiring, training, and managing a sales team
• Sales coordination with administration and production staff
• Sales forecasting and reporting
