A company is looking for an Associate Director, Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

Support cross-functional program teams in developing strategic plans for compounds

Facilitate effective communication and manage issues, risks, and decisions related to program strategy

Drive cross-functional initiatives and guide teams through complex development projects

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (6 years with a Master's)

At least 5 years of R&D experience leading cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Experience in early clinical stage drug development, particularly in oncology, preferred

General understanding of the drug development process and life cycle management
