Job Description
Full-time, permanent Family Practice position in Chicago, IL. Please see the details below :
- Start as soon as credentialed
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- 10 patients per day increasing over time
- One MD 3 days per week and a Nurse Practitioner for support
- Strictly outpatient
- Clinic next to the hospital
- Annual Pap’s only
