Building-Based Educator (Elementary Level)

Location : Hyde Park, MA

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM–2 : 45 PM (7 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM on Wednesdays)

Overview :

An elementary school in Hyde Park is seeking a dedicated Building-Based Educator to join its team immediately. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that every student receives consistent, high-quality instruction and support throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide classroom instruction or academic support across multiple grade levels and subject areas.

Assist with school programs and student supervision during non-instructional times.

Maintain high academic and behavioral expectations for all students while providing the necessary support for success.

Participate actively in coaching sessions and professional development opportunities.

Contribute positively as a collaborative and dependable member of the school community.

Qualifications :

Prior experience working in a school setting or with elementary-aged children.

Commitment to professional growth and openness to coaching and feedback.

Demonstrated belief that all students can succeed and achieve academic excellence.

Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.

A track record of fostering student engagement and achievement is preferred.
