Our client, a well-regarded and growing plaintiff-side employment law firm based in El Segundo , is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to support their team of attorneys. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on both wage & hour class actions and individual employment law cases.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide litigation support for attorneys handling complex employment matters
  • Draft legal documents, assist with discovery, organize case files, and maintain calendaring
  • Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in trial preparation and case management from inception to resolution

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment law or civil litigation
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus, but not required
