Summary :

As a competent nurse in a clinical setting, you will practice independently and effectively manage responsibilities, providing both routine and complex care. You will enhance your ability to handle clinical contingencies while making informed decisions for your patients.

Responsibilities :

• Meet the OneCHRISTUS Competencies as a leader in your role.
• Provide nursing care based on the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accord with your practice level.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care administered.
• Assess learning needs and offer education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
