Social Media Internship - Summer 2026

Overview

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Marketing Team! The Social MediaInternship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities. In this internship you will develop an ideal-state model of the consumer purchase journey, mapping how individuals progress from initial interaction on social media through to final purchase. This project will include a deep analysis of how consumers engage with brands across social platforms, identifying key behaviors, motivations, and decision points.

Internship Projects and Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Social Media Specialist to support content creation for our residential social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms. Responsibilities include : Developing captionsSourcing relevant imageryScheduling posts for select brands (Bali Blinds and Horizons)Additional tasks include assisting with broader social content needs and compiling, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance metrics
• Assist in identifying, sourcing, and vetting potential influencer partners who align with brand values and target audiences. Responsibilities include : Supporting contract executionCoordinating deliverablesEnsuring alignment with campaign goals.This initiative will also include developing a strategic plan outlining recommended influencer partnerships for the 2027 calendar year - providing a foward-looking framework to guide brand collaborations
