Job Title : Heavy Equipment Technician (Shop & Field)

Location : Fremont, CA

Pay : $20 - $50 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Description :

We are looking for a reliable Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. This role involves repairing and maintaining heavy machinery, both in our shop and out in the field. You will work on equipment like excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment.
  • Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
  • Work in the shop and travel to customer sites for field repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of services performed.
  • Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements :

  • Experience with heavy equipment repair.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and fix equipment issues.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

    • Preferred :

  • Certifications in heavy equipment repair.
  • CDL or experience towing equipment.
