Experience the PeaceHealth Difference

  • Before you apply, come see for yourself. We aren’t just looking for employees; we’re looking for teammates. We invite you to schedule a department tour with our leadership team—no strings attached. Meet the crew, see our technology, and experience the culture firsthand, even if you aren't ready to hit "apply" today.
  • Why This Role, Why PeaceHealth PeaceHealth is a mission-driven, person-first, value-centered healthcare system. We’re committed to placing patients, caregivers, and our communities at the heart of every decision we make. We are proud to announce that PeaceHealth has been named one of the "Top Places to Work in Healthcare" by Becker’s Hospital Review, a distinction that reflects our commitment to workplace excellence, caregiver engagement, and professional growth.

The Vancouver Advantage: A Smarter Move for Your Future

If you are looking at the Portland-Vancouver metro area, it’s time to look at the "Net Wealth" math. We offer a premier professional environment with lifestyle advantages that downtown Portland systems simply cannot match:

  • The 0% Income Tax "Raise": In Vancouver, you enjoy 0% State Income Tax. While other roles in the metro area lose nearly 10% of every paycheck to state taxes, our caregivers keep more of what they earn.
  • National Recognition: Join an elite tier of employers; our inclusion in Becker’s "Top Places to Work" means you are joining an organization recognized for high caregiver satisfaction and industry-leading benefits.
  • Cost of Living & Housing: Build your life in a community where homeownership is still within reach. Southwest Washington offers the space, safety, and newer construction that allows your dollar to buy a yard and a quiet cul-de-sac, not just a high-density apartment.
  • The Reverse Commute: Tired of losing 10+ hours a week to bridge gridlock? Enjoy guaranteed free on-site parking and a commute that moves against the traffic, giving you more time for the PNW life you moved here for.

What Makes This Role Stand Out

  • Balanced Practice: Outpatient imaging for steady workflow + trauma hospital imaging for skill variety.
  • Modern Environment: Work with high‑quality, well‑maintained, advanced imaging equipment.
  • Predictable Recovery: Four 10‑hour day shifts = consistent days off and stability.
  • Strong Team Culture: A collaborative group that watches out for each other and celebrates success together.

Why Join PeaceHealth

  • Mission‑Driven: Person‑first, value‑based care that prioritizes people over volume.
  • Two Exceptional Practice Environments: The predictable flow of our Outpatient Center and the high-impact expertise of our Level II Trauma Hospital.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: 403(b) with employer base + match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, employer‑paid life/disability, CE + tuition support, and more.

What You Bring

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT (R), (N), or (CT) at hire (CT required within one year).
  • Washington Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility).
  • BLS from AHA or ARC
  • Strong patient-care communication and a commitment to safety.
