Opportunity :

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details :

• Work 10-hour days or 8-hour days based on traveler preference (to be discussed in interview)
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract length
• No weekend coverage required
• Holiday coverage as needed
• No call responsibilities
• Float throughout facility within skillset and to all facilities within 60 miles
• Minimum 3+ years PT experience required (will accept new graduates)
• Must have completed at least one travel contract (no new travelers)
• Required licenses / certifications : WI PT license and AHA BLS
• EPIC charting experience required
• Master's Degree required
• 8-hour unbillable orientation
• Case load of 10-16 patients per standard 10-hour day depending on evaluations
• Evaluations are 70 minutes, follow-ups are 35 minutes
• No double booking of therapists
• Work in outpatient department with 1 PTA
• Billing cycle runs Sunday through Saturday
• Cannot be coming from a staff position within 50-mile radius of corporate center
